My wife and I were in Florence for the night and l ordered a pickup order to bring back to the hotel. I ordered at 6:10 and it said 10 15 minutes to be ready. I showed up at 6:30 expecting to pick up and walk out. I got to the bar and they said it’s not quite ready. Finally walked out with food at 6:51. Love the pie factory. The Babe is my favorite because I'm a meat lover fan. Sometimes I have the wings which are grilled and they are larger wings than you find in other restaurants like Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm not much of a drinker but I know they do have a wide selection of craft beers and some are local craft beers. Online ordering is easy and food is always ready on time. Overall I recommend you try any location. Florence, Muscle Shoals, Lawrenceburg, TN or Jasper. Dietary restrictions: They have vegan pizza that I've heard a lot of good things about. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere and also have small personal pizza and kid menu. Wheelchair accessibility: All locations are on the bottom floor and wheelchair accessible.

The BBQ chicken pizza was superb. The Mane Runner rastes almost like a Mai Tai but was only $7! We had three large slices of pizza left over and we almost cried when we realized we left them in the to-go box on the table!
The Pie Factory in Florence is beautiful. The atmosphere is great and the pizza I ordered was ready very quickly. It was delicious. The staff was great also.
We ordered a build your own pizza (gluten free crust, pesto sauce, grilled chicken, spinach, tomatoes, onions, goat cheese) and it was SO good! We went to Florence for a day trip and I'm so glad we stopped here. Service was fantastic and the overall vibe was pleasant.
