What CnGveg doesn't like about Sweet Magnolia:
We really enjoyed our vegan vegetable loaf salads at this restaurant. The flavors were excellent. However, we were less impressed with the three baked items we tried. The chocolate cookie was crunchy, the gluten-free vegan s'more bar had a disappointing crust, and the fruit and oat bar was just average. Perhaps it was just an off day, or maybe the baked goods are better when they are fresh out of the oven. View all feedback.
Had the veggie loaf salad and they have some vegan pastries but they sell out fast
This little gem is tucked away in the middle of the block between Maple and Laurel Streets and Bay and 1st streets. Tried two excellent vegan cookies, my favorite being lemon poppy seed. Paired the dessert with almond mylk cappuccino and enjoyed the casual quiet ambiance of the place. Can't wait to come back for lunch and try their bbq veggie loaf sandwich. So nice to have quality vegan choices and this place delivers.
