I ha... read more The service was quite good. I placed my order through the app, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that one of my sandwiches couldn't be made. I had placed the order as expected, and being six months pregnant, I was really craving a meatball sub.

Had to bring the food back because both sandwiches and the cookies where incorrect. Not to mention the lady asked for a tip prior to giving me my original order. When I brought the food back I asked for a refund and the lady informed me that she couldn't do refunds because her manager was not in 7:30 pm Sunday. Idk what's wrong with things on Irby street lately. Best bet is to make your own food at home.
