She made t... read more I came in 30 min to closing and was greeted by the young woman with advanced age. She was the best sandwich artist I've ever experienced at a subway. She made the sandwiches very well and was such a sweetheart. If I lived in the area, I would go to this subway just for her.

The staff were kind, genuinely helpful, and patient with our kiddo being indecisive about his order : (Also, either Subway has improved their bread recipe, or this location has some secret magic to make theirs soft fluffy. Our new go-to when we need a quick lunch in Florence! Kid-friendliness: Super patient nice with our kids’ orders!

The special instructions did not go through, and all I was told by staff was nothin ' we can do about it. I can 't eat the food, no refund or remake was offered, and now I get to go buy food somewhere else. My dogs will enjoy the treat at least. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Dietary restrictions: Order in person and watch them closely, food allergies not taken seriously.
