Then I said so your saying that people with out the vaccine arelike contagious she said they can?t be around the food... I will never get food in there ever again !!!!! I asked who made upthat Rule she said her manager!! This is a privacy thing, they have know right asking to see anything. I?ll never go to thissubway ever again.

When I arrived at the stor... read more Train your employees in customer service! My wife placed an order online for me to pickup. She sent me a picture of the confirmation. When I arrived at the store I said I was there for an online order. Immediately the rude teenage girl behind thecounter told me they were not accepting online orders. I said well what do I do, I have a confirmation and I've already paidfor it. At no point did she try to help with a solution she just kept blaming the computer. When I askee for her managersinformation to call tomorrow she got even more agitated and still blamed corporate and said it wasn't her problem. I understandcomputer systems go down but when I walked in she acted like I should known it was down. The bottom line is you lost acustomer, I won't be back. I drove 10 miles back to Lolo to get my order. The two young men working there were awesome andpolite. I tipped extra for great customer service.
