It used to be good. I had stopped ordering for a while and then I started back and oh man. The salad old and brown. Steak hard and burnt. Won?t get anymore of my business nor money ?????
Best steak I have in a long time thank you so much! I will be back it was worth that drive!! If your looking for a steak, this is the place to go. Comes with a baked potato and a salad. The cheese cake is on point too!! The only down fall was they don'thave pepsi products
This place really angers me. I truly love the food but my order can never be right! Out of the last 4 times ive ordered over 6 weeks its been wrong 2 different times. This time items completely missing out of my box like what did I pay for at 25 bucks apop you would think it would be right everytime! Lost this customer! I called to complain and guy was like when the driverreturns I'll have him run u the missing items... Yea because I'll be done with the rest of my food and my lunch as Well! I wantgo back! If you arder from here check your food b4 the deliver driver leaves.

The chopped steak, shrimp, and pork chop all had exceptional flavors.
The food was prepared exactly as I requested, and everything was delivered promptly. The staff was very professional and friendly. I really enjoy dining here when I'm not in the mood to cook.
I highly recommend this place. The cheeseburger is fantastic, and the staff is extremely friendly.

I was charged for items we ordered but never received. I won't be returning.
There is no other place I would rather spend my money when I’m in town. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better management and staff. Their commitment to quality is apparent in their service, and I would recommend this business to anyone in the area!
We won’t be coming back. The burger tasted like it was frozen and pre-packaged. I asked for medium rare, but it arrived nearly burnt. My husband had a ribeye sandwich that was both skimpy on meat and flavorless. We were very disappointed. This used to be our favorite spot, but like many places, the quality has definitely declined. We spent almost $30 on food that didn’t taste good.
The food was tasty, but the air conditioning wasn't working, making it uncomfortably hot inside. Hopefully, they've fixed it by now.

This little business in Sheffield, AL was a big surprise. I found my new favorite place to eat in Alabame. Great food, reasonable price and great southern hospitality

Don't bother ordering a drink....you won't get it. They do want to offer you a credit to your order or free cheesecake on your next order. That doesn't solve what I will drink with this meal. It would be different if this was the only time this happened, but it happens EVERY time. There is a reason it's been 2+ years since I ordered from Steak Stuff in Florence.
