Today rider in section around 5pm. Very nice young with braid brought us our order into our car and repeat our orders to us before our food gives us. I thought this very professional and she made sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service and food . Please give this young lady applause or get up. On our trip to Pigeon Forge, we made a stop at the Sonic in Florence today. I used the app to order breakfast for my lovely wife and myself. Unfortunately, I mistakenly set the wrong delivery time. I called the restaurant through the app and spoke with Carmen, who was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She assured me that my meal would be ready at the time I specified and advised me to use the drive-through to let her know when we arrived. The meal turned out to be fantastic, and the service was excellent. Thank you so much, Carmen, for your outstanding service and wonderful meal!
This was the first time to this Sonic on Palmetto st. The #9 Grill chicken with potatoe tots was AWESOME with a large tea was on point! Worth every bite! The service was so pleasant moved quick in the evening!
Love this Sonic. Fast and friendly. Managed much better that the one on Irby St.
