We went there to eat and it wasn't overly crowded but close to seat capacity. There was only one server taking orders....and she did phenomenal! Their food was delicious and very well proportioned. As for the service, our server Nirvana (Yes like the band) was super attentive and fast considering she was the only serving an almost full restaurant with 2 new cooks in the kitchen. We have eaten there a couple of times... View all feedback.

I?m giving them one star specifically because the service was terrible. When me and my family walked in we weren?t greeted at all. All of the staff seen us at the door and said absolutely nothing. We stood there for a good 5-10minutes until another couple got up, we were then told we could go sit down. When the waitress came to our table and asked us what we wanted to drink she didn?t wait to make sure we were finish... View all feedback.
Good food and drinks but service is lacking....when I gotta ask multiple times for drinks and missing food it gets annoying....some days it's hot or miss, besides that the food is
The Bandelero is by far and away the best meal you will ever have in Florence. I always substitute the cactus salad for the black beans because the acidity really balances the savory richness of the meat. It's a perfect meal. And the service, whether at a table or to go, is second to none.
Food is very good. Have tries Fajitas, tacos, Carnitas. All good.
The food, atmosphere, and staff were a pleasure. The food came out correctly, and everything was fresh. If I’m ever traveling through the area again, I know where to find great authentic food.
My sister and I had lunch there. Had heard it was the best in town. If this is true then I feel sorry for Florence. I had the fajita taco salad and it was floating in some kind of gravy. The lettuce was the texture of steamed cabbage. For dessert we tried the fried ice cream..What a joke. Ice cream rolled in soggy cornflakes..I believe my entire meal was leftovers from the day before. DOUBLE YUKKKK.
