Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

After discussing Rita's Water Ice for a couple of hours, I discovered that there was a location near me thanks to Google. To my dismay, it wasn't actually that close (I’m in North Carolina). As a transplant from Philly living in the South, it can be tough when I crave a taste of home and can't find it anywhere! So, I took a two-hour drive (four hours round trip) to visit this place, and it was absolutely worth it! We not only had an enjoyable trip, but the staff was phenomenal! Even though I placed a large order for takeout and was busy, everyone remained friendly and smiling the entire time! I was able to bring my kids home, and they were overjoyed to have their favorites again. Keep up the amazing work!

The food was delicious. I tried one of their five-layer dishes, and it was fantastic.

We always enjoy visiting Rita's, and this location did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick.

Wonderful selections. the staff is very professional and pleasant. Wish they had a drive up window or curbside delivery.

Awesome place, my granddaughters loved it. Will go back.
