Red Lobster - Florence

The classic fish and chips are the best... Enjoyed the whole experience of seafood. The best lobsters in the city so fresh and tasty and perfectly cooked... absolutely a brand of seafood that I would come back with friends and family. The whole staff was very pleasant and warm. I hope you'll try soon.

I love Red Lobster in Florence. We go there for almost every birthday and special occasion because we know that we get excellent service and amazing food. We went there on Friday, August 19, and although there was a party of 30, our experience was still great. When the rear part of the restaurant where we were sitting became too cold, the manager Shay was extremely friendly and adapted the temperature for us. Our waitress, Erica, has done an excellent job to ensure that we always have hot cookies and that our drinks were always full. She also often stopped at the table to ask how our food was and when we needed something. The food tasted amazing as always, especially the lobster filled flounder, the Langostino lobster artichoke and seafood dip, the vanilla bean cheesecake, and of course the Cheddar garlic biscuits. I would recommend everything on their menu because the food is never a disappointment. So, Shay and Erica and the rest of the Red Lobster crew thank you for having so great our culinary experience. You did an amazing job, and we will definitely be back soon!!!

While traveling through we were looking for a place to grab something good and decided to go to an old classic! We were not disappointed…By far one of the best places to dine in Florence! The host staff was so pleasant and my waiter was pretty funny. The food was hot and the drinks were ice cold! The manger Petronia stopped by the table and put the icing on the cake. When traveling through Florence again we will definitely be back!

We went to my mom's birthday and they didn't disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and everything tastes so fresh! We were a party of 8 and we had a waitress, Kendra, who was also the bartender and she was amazing! She kept us a check and our drinks never kept low. She was brilliant and we will definitely ask her if we go back!

Food and pricing was good. Hostess very nice. Our waitress was no where to be found most of the time Never got her name just knew her because of her glittery mask. She seemed to stay in the kitchen more than watching after her station. Never received my second side that she was to bring. Finally got grabbed another waitress and she brought more drinks a to go box and ticket. Glad there were other waitress around.
