The bowl with beef brisket was packed with food. I enjoyed picking the various toppings and they were all fresh. The burrito my husband chose was also packed with food but just a little soggy after delivery. The bowl is a better choice for when you are not dining in. The delivery was 15 minutes late when ordered directly from the restaurant site. Plan accordingly. View all feedback.

Customer service was pathetic. Had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to respond. There was only one person helping other customer whereas the other folks were just sitting around and didn't come in until we asked. This is understandable if theplace was crowded but it was just one customer being helped ahead of us for last 15-20 minutes. Tonight was our first visit here at the florence location. We are chipotle people, however tonight’s visit changed us!!! The food was AMAZING. so much flavor and options as well! The best part of our visit was how pleasant the manager Chris was! He is definitely an awesome manager and runs things so smoothly! He and this location definitely deserves some recognition! We are thinking about catering this for our wedding in december!!
Great management, service, and food! The staff is very pleasant.
Food was ok but got charged twice for my meal me and my friends are regulars (one of which is there 4 times a week) and neither of them have ever had this happen. Not cool Owner resolved the issue and staff was very helpful. Knowing that if there is an issue in the future I will be sure to visit here more frequently.
Great place to go for clean, non greasy fattening food. The food is good for folks who have stomach issues.
