It comes out piping hot, lightly battered, and perfectly cooked every time. They have regular, mustard, and a hot slaw for the sandwiches (I like the hot so much I skip BBQ sauce). I can not brag enough on the food I have had so far. I have been several times now and the quality has been super consistent every time. I will try new things soon and update this review.

The BBQ beans taste like they came out of the can and could be better if cooked longer, but they are OK. They are conveniently located for people that live on the north side of Florence. Otherwise, I love the place even though the food is not cheap.
