The pizza and wings at this restaurant are good, but I have found that the pizza tends to be a little dry. I have given them 4 stars because despite requesting extra sauce multiple times, I often find that my pizza still does not have enough sauce. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The wait time was 15 to 20 minutes. I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes before the server had to inquire about the delay with my order. The sausage pizza had a bitter or stale taste. I was extremely disappointed with my meal. View all feedback.
Pizza arrived barely warm. Box was smashed as was the box of cinnamon buns. Chicken nuggets were warm, but thrown in the container without celery or carrots and no dressing
Pizza was ready on time correct. I had stopped using this Pizza Hut because of rudeness but they’ve gotten better.
I placed my order for curbside pickup and called to inform when I had arrived, but ended up having to go in to get my order after waiting 10-15minutes and no one came out. My personal pan pizza was not hot, just warm enough to eat and the cheese was not melted/stringy as it should be on a hot, fresh pizza.
Order was over 30 minutes late when I called the store and they hadn’t even started cooking the pizza yet. We waited with a hungry father (who has dementia) for an hour and a half past when it was anticipated. No apologies. No phone call.
I would recommend people to this Pizza-Hut, nothing needs to change its great
