Home of no bread. ALWAYS out of everything. They didn't even tell me when I ordered a bread bowl. They said we're only doing soup and salad. Perfect i want soup ordered the bread bowl. I left the drive through and had to come back because no bread at all. Not only do they have no bread bowls, they have no bread! Whoever reads these, bread is the only thing yall have that's good. You're soup is only good with the bread everything else is hospital food. On a SATURDAY night how are yall only doing soup and salad?? I was so happy when this location came to Florence but what the hell are yall doing? Seriously???

Food was overpriced and did not look great. The tables were all dirty it was hard to find a clean one and there were not many people inside at the time. No straws at the drink counter. The bathrooms were both out of hand soap. 2 entrees and a kids meal cost $50 and looked thrown together.

The service is the worst that I have experienced in a long time and the food was thrown together. That specific store needs a major overhaul.

We left without ordering. Staff are incredibly rude and one of the employees came out of the bathroom stall without washing their hands…. No thank you. Place is incredibly dirty and wouldn’t eat here with someone else’s
