Surpassing my expectations through a long shot, bread was so fresh and soft incredible. Kitchen sink cookies lovely. Sandwiches were freshly made and served hot. Download their app for free sweet reward. Will go back.

Ordered by the app for board pickup on our way through the holiday. The app worked perfectly as always. And was even greeted by an employee to make sure that we knew they had just received our order and were working on it. Very satisfied with the service. Good customer service. Great job!

The food is pretty good the drink selection is good could be a little cleaner and good place to bring your children friendly staff

We were really surprised and wondering if they want to see customers in or not... We came to dinner at 7.. we could not see anyone who welcomes us or serve us. We called someone and wait for a few minutes before a lady came and asked our order. The food and the price could not help. Really disappointed by our first coming...

I normally don't have issues with Panera however today I had some issues with my order, my sandwich specifically. I decided to try the grill cheese sandwich with my cheddar broccoli soup (pick 2) today. I did curbside pick up with this order and the order was ready when I arrived to the store. My cheddar broccoli soup was delicious as usual however my grill cheese sandwich was terrible!! It wasn't even toasted. Could not eat past 1 bite. Very disappointed
