I've tried giving this place multiple chances, but I’m officially done. First, my sub was kept in a refrigerator alongside pre-sliced meats, which made the meat taste stale. Second, none of the vegetables were fresh; they clearly had been cut the day before. The Pepsi was flat, and the sweet tea was sitting in a pitcher by the register. The customer service needs significant improvement. I wasn't greeted warmly, and the employees made me feel quite uncomfortable while I was placing my order. Ultimately, I ended up discarding my food because I didn't feel safe eating it after my unpleasant experience with the staff. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. This was my first time coming here and it will not be the last. The subs were amazing. The staff was very friendly and polite.
I love going in there when I'm in Florence I miss you and her staff she works hard every time I'm in there and the other ones too food is always excellent prepared fresh just the way you order it will be back thank you palmetto subs

Best subs in town, hands down! They are generous with their meats and veggies, to the point you need a hinged jaw just to bite the sub. Try their Palmetto Trio... You won't be disappointed
