Olive Garden Italian - Florence

Not really crazy about pasta without meat. we were there during the midday hours, so I say I want the fetters alfredo, so I didn't get the lunch part I obviously brought the teller because I was charged the teller price and I was there at 2 o'clock. good in the midday window. I command the celestial limonade and omg will make it pucker. I asked the waitress instead for water. she asks if you don't like it. I said no. it was still accused. so my bill was about $10 higher than it should have been between the drink and get the dinner size plate brought by fatty succinne. there were 3 in my party. we have 4 very fresh brotsticks when we have not ordered more. not even asked if we want more. far from endless. pasta was fresh and good considering that they did not have any meat, but they come up. noodles and cheese sauce 15 dollar for 3 dollar worth food.

Our server Taylor was awesome. The food was awesome. The staff was awesome. The new doughnuts are awesome. Fast and Friendly, Clean and Neat.

The bartender during the day, tall blonde. mesa maybe, is awesome. i watched her with some elderly ladies and if the world has more like her, it would be better…. she always smiles and sings. i’ve never seen her not smiling. Give her a raise.

One of the good places to get an Italian bite . I always love coming here . Friendly staff , good ambiance .

So we have never had an Issue at Olive Garden. Food was fine the hostess was friendly and courteous. However the waitress was beyond rude. Not just everyday rude but beyond what anyone should tolerate. My wife use to be a waitress and always tips well. Between the absolute horror of a person she was it even went further as she could not preform the job as well. Not bringing drinks or getting a simple order right. It's the first time in 12 years of marrige my wife refused to tip. We may return but if she is our waitress we will ask for another.
