I have been traveling for the last 4 weeks across America I was craving some southern soul food, something that reminded me of my younger years had the opportunity to stop at Momma Jean's. WOW!!! I am so full!! It was AMAZING!! Reminded me of my grandmas cooking. PERFECT SOUTHERN FOOD!! I ordered the fried chicken, turnip greens, mash potatoes gravy, slaw, hushpuppies, fish, mac cheese, fried orka, roll, coconut pie, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. I wanted to order more but I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it all

I have not been to the new one but I'm sure it deserves 5 stars just like the other locations

This is one of my favorite places. I enjoy having a pint of soup on some nights, while on other nights I'm in the mood for chicken and dressing or dumplings. I recommend placing your order between 3 and 4:30.
