The food was fantastic. I haven't seen mashed potatoes offered on many menu's, and the baby red mashed potatoes here are super. The ribeye was done so well that I actually ate some of the leftovers cold because I didn't want to ruin the flavor of the steak by reheating it. Well done chef. Thanks for the great service. My only disappointment, I have to say, was that I was not fond of their **** Mary's. View all feedback.

We love Maxsells. The atmosphere is wonderful and the view (over the lake) is also. Staff and new owners are very attentive and professional. The menu has great selection and the food is excellent!
My family and I not only enjoyed an amazing dinner at Maxsells Restaurant and Suites, but they also helped us organize my wedding ceremony. It is a stunning venue for a wedding! The nautical setting was exactly what I envisioned for my big day. Sarah and her team went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that my day was stress-free. The service we received was exceptional. The master suite in which I stayed was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for all my bridesmaids as we got ready. I can't recommend having your wedding here highly enough! The location is gorgeous, and the service is top-notch. Thank you, Sarah, for making my wedding day perfect!
Maxsells has a great atmosphere! I can't wait to be able to have a cocktail on the deck. The food and wine at the pairing dinners have been excellent.
Had dinner at Maxsells and not only was the food great our waitress was top notch as well. In addition we also had our daughter's wedding there not only did we have a wonderful view, Sarah and her staff made sure everything was perfect. We also stayed in the guest rooms above the restaurant very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.
