Longhorn Steakhouse - Florence

I took my family to eat there 11:30am there were only a few people in there. I was told they were preparing a table for us (5) and we waited for some time as tables of 2 and 4 came in and was seated right away and when I asked what was the issue they said they were getting a table prepared. I guess they were trying to seat all of the invisible people first. ??‍ I added a picture of one side but the other side was just as empty.

It is always great the horn. That outlaw ribeye is the best.

I make order online. The wings wasn’t fully cooked,my cake for $10 missing whipped cream,I get the bread but with extremely small portion of butter. The only good was the Cesar salad. If I eat right in the restaurant, I will let them to fixed everything. This makes me upset and I will probably never go to the restaurant anymore ?

Arrived at 6pm with 9 other ladies. Was told we would have a wait time of an hour and half. Dining area wasn't even half full at that time. Reservations aren't allowed and it was a Thursday night. We all decided to leave! The restaurant probably missed out on pretty large tab and tip. We won't be back!

The menu is limited to people who eat red meat, im not a vegetarian, but I want options.
