Le Bouchon Wine Kitchen - Florence

After seeing the effort they put into their Halloween preparations, we decided to try some appetizers. They were fantastic! We sampled the beer cheese and pancetta soup, Manchego-fried cheese, and crab cakes. The crab cake was one of our favorites, but we prefer those that are mostly pure crab with minimal filler and subtle spices. While this one was good and flavorful, it did have too much filler and seasoning for our liking. Talking with the chef is always a highlight, especially when it's not crowded during the week. We appreciate the time he took to chat with my daughter about the tart crusts he made for the Halloween treats. Regarding pricing, it was fantastic! However, keep in mind that the restaurant is small, so if it’s packed, you might need to look elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic! We ordered the fresh oysters and the homemade chicken soup, both of which were outstanding. The service was impeccable, and both the boss and the owner came over to chat with us about our wonderful experience. We will definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

This is our favorite restaurant in Florence. The menu is fantastic, and everything we've tried has been delicious. We keep returning just for the grilled oysters, but the fish tacos are amazing too! They also have an excellent selection of beers and wines. We absolutely love this place!

We made a reservation for Mother's Day breakfast. So glad we did. Shrinked egg special! Good and friendly service for such a busy day. We'll be back for lunch and dinner.

This is a great little place. They don't have much but what they have is wonderful. Wine, cheese and pastries. Sit inside and enjoy.
