I asked for some change in fives and tens, but... read more I approached the window and ordered a mashed potato bowl along with a sweet tea, handing the cashier a $50 bill. I asked for some change in fives and tens, but she said she couldn’t do that and ended up dropping my change on the ground. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order, and when I returned it, she said I owed an additional $2. I agreed to pay it, but I expressed my frustration about her dropping my change on the ground and her rudeness. I regretted not taking my money elsewhere, but I was purchasing this meal for my nephew. The staff was unprofessional and disrespectful; I would never drop money on the ground, especially a large bill. I won’t be returning to this place again.

However, the manager... read more I visited this restaurant yesterday while visiting a family member, and my family and I enjoyed our meal and cleaned our table afterwards. However, the manager followed us out of the restaurant and told us that we needed to clean up our mess. My mom had specifically cleaned the table where we ate. As a restaurant manager for one of the largest establishments in Greensboro, North Carolina, I have never witnessed such a level of disrespect from a manager. Aside from that incident, the food and atmosphere were enjoyable.

Mac n chz was disgusting old and hard hardly any cheese in it. I have never had bad experience with KFC before but I will never order from this location again. Just disgusting. Sixty bucks for slop.
