I ordered two three-piece dinners, and one of them... read more I always believed that I would enjoy good old KFC, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered two three-piece dinners, and one of them had only two pieces of chicken. The other had no flavor at all, and the skin was greasy and unappetizing. I think I won't be eating at KFC again, especially since my last visit resulted in burnt food. On the bright side, I will say the prices were reasonable.

While ordering she had rang up the regular 3 piece meal, when my mother in law asked for the big box when I pointed out it was the wrong one, she stated well there's 2 so you need know which one you want next time... Pulled up to the window she literally rolled her eyes was very nasty to myself my mother in law.When I told her that I felt that she was very rude, she said she didn't care, rolled her eyes slapped the window shut.I will absolutely not be returning.

The popcorn chicken was severely overcooked, and the mashed potatoes had a chemical taste. The cashier couldn’t keep track of orders properly. At the drive-thru, we were told the total was $11 and some change, but at the window, it suddenly became $16 and some change. After correcting this mistake, the cashier said she couldn’t provide a receipt because the machine was malfunctioning. I tried to call and complain to have my order corrected, as I couldn’t get a refund without a receipt, but received no response despite multiple attempts. Just like many other fast food places in Florence, this was a disappointing experience. Corporate has been informed.

It seemed like the oil may not h... read more On March 24, 2022, I had fried chicken and popcorn chicken, but unfortunately, the quality of the food was quite disappointing. It seemed like the oil may not have been changed regularly, which affected the taste. However, I will give them credit for still having a good chicken pot pie.
