I ordered a 4-piece chicken tender meal, but the tenders were overcooked and quite tough. The fries were also overdone and hard, and the biscuit was stale and difficult to eat. On a positive note, my wife really liked the lemonade.

It hardly resembled fried chicken at all. It was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be going back.

Despite ordering ahead, I waited 20 minutes before being told my food would be delayed by an additional 25 minutes. The restaurant scored only 78 on its health inspection, with sticky floors and dead bugs near the windows. The owner of KFC clearly needs to take responsibility and improve the overall management. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism both in service and in the menu execution.
