Got beef tips with rice. Meat pieces varied in rareness and some were too tough. The food is flavorful but staff is kinda slow. I got a to-go dessert and need my receipt for expensing. I had to get back in line to get both but lady then served it up for dine in. She checked out but forgot to clock out. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.
We were coming through and staying close by headed for vacation. Menu sounded great so why not...so glad we tried it. Pot roast, shrimp and corn chowder, and fritters for the win. Add in friendly staff and a clean, inviting place and we left with bellies full and a good start to vacation.
The cheeseburger here is fantastic! The staff are friendly and very helpful. We make it a point to stop by whenever we're traveling through South Carolina.
Delicious southern food! Best cheese grits Cole slaw! My husband loved the fried green tomato BLT! My fried shrimps were done perfectly. Yummy black russian pecan pie.
