What Dennis Eisen dislikes about Hardee’s:
The fries were inedible but I tried them before leaving. I returned to insist on fresh ones. The people working there acted like I was such a bother but did replace them. I should have checked the sandwich as well because it was worse than the fries. I really don't know how the place stays in business with food and service like that. I sat at the drive thru after placing order for an entire 15 minutes before anyone ever came to the window. Then the cashier DID NOT CARE! Yall need To hire an actual crew! This is horrible!!!
