My particular fast food place and having coupons plus having business availability is just great!
The food is quite delicious, but the wait time for it can be quite long. The customer service leaves something to be desired, as there are only a few staff members working during shifts, leading to almost a 30-minute wait for meals. It would be beneficial to hire more employees to help the restaurant operate more smoothly!
I swung by for a quick lunch and ordered a hearty roast beef sandwich topped with BBQ and horseradish sauce. It was really tasty!
I usually don’t have any problems, but today was different. I waited 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich that I never received. They began preparing orders that came in after mine without even starting on my order. I eventually asked them to cancel it and left. There’s no excuse for not starting my order, and it’s unacceptable.
The restaurant offers a very polite service and a great atmosphere along with delicious food.
