Good food service. But just like any other place that caters to travelers, you get your share self-centered patrons. It's a bit noisy for my taste, but the other positive attributes outweigh the noise.
We ordered dinner online for pickup. Got home with the order and over half of it was missing. We immediately called and they said come back and get it. We show up and are told they are out of the items that were missing AND they refuse to refund anything saying we ordered online so it's not their problem. No, this isn't a joke or an exaggeration!
Food was fine and our server was good. when i went to the counter to pay, apparently i did not move fast enough. the lady at the cash register told the customer behind me that she will help him when i move out of the way! very rude.
Second time we have been to Cracker Barrel in the past two months. Two different locations and the food quality has been poor.
I always get Grandma’s sampler with pancakes and country ham but I have to get two pieces of bacon because your pork sausage is horrible. You used to have turkey sausage that was really good. I always enjoy my meal.
