Chili's Grill - Florence

Our experience at this Chili's restaurant was extremely disappointing. We visited for lunch and although it was not very crowded, it took over an hour to receive our food. The waitress assured us that our order was next, but it still took an additional 30 minutes. When our food finally arrived, it was just barely warm and the service was lacking. We had to get our own napkins from the bar and had to hunt down someone to bring us the bill. The device for payment at our table was not working either. Overall, we had a terrible experience and do not plan on returning to this Chili's.

I visited the restaurant around 8pm and was pleased to find that it wasn't very crowded. The server was outstanding - friendly and attentive, which enhanced my overall experience. The food was excellent as well. My burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were fresh and hot. I highly recommend trying the mango tea.

My wife and I decided to go out for dinner last night, and I have to say that Chili's was our best choice. I have terrible acid reflux and after trying two steakhouses with long waits and being passed over at Red Lobster, we ended up at Chili's. We were seated right away in the bar area and our server, Amy, took our order promptly. Despite being the only server working and having to attend to every table in the bar, Amy provided us with exceptional service. The portions of our meals were generous and we ended up taking home leftovers. Amy truly impressed us and we highly recommend asking for her when you visit Chili's. Don't wait until you have no other options - go to Chili's first. Thank you, Chili's, and please give Amy a raise - she deserves it!

Our dining experience left a lot to be desired. We ordered chips and salsa and queso. There were 5 of us eating. The server never offered to bring more chips. We had over two thirds of our salsa and cheese left but weren't able to eat it because we had no chips. The server never brought me a refill. She brought my husband 3 refills and the 2 children got refills once. My daughter and I never got a refill.I finally got up and went to my vehicle and got a bottle of tea that I had from earlier in the day after I had eaten half of my meal with nothing to drink. The food was not good. I ordered nachos for my meal. They were missing some of the toppings and they were very over done to the point that the cheese was crispy and burnt. Our total for 2 adults and 1child was $60. It was not worth it at all. I was very disappointed with our food and service and will not be back there again.

Very poor service. Now let me start from the beginning, now I’m not the type to spill the tea but I’ve just got to tell. Me and my family went to Chili’s after church on Sunday . Any chance I get to eat with my family is a very important thing to me, so I take it quite seriously. We got there around 11:10, and we were one of the first people there, and we didn’t leave until 12:45, which was not by choice. Now let’s get into the juicy stuff. First of all they got basically all of our orders wrong, was it on purpose I don’t know, but I do know that it wasn’t right. My grandfather never even saw his food, and that made my grandmother very upset. She’s never upset. In conclusion I would just like to say we were very disappointed in you Chili’s.
