The food at this campus spot is consistently delicious and served quickly. However, they do not offer meals, which can make the cost add up when purchasing individual items instead of combo options available at other regular locations. View all feedback.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and long wait times at a Chick-Fil-A before. This busy location should not be accepting mobile orders, as they struggle to keep up with the in-store orders. I have waited nearly an hour for a simple combo order on multiple occasions, which is unacceptable for a restaurant located on a college campus. This delays customers who need to get to class on time and ultimately affects the company's profits. Furthermore, some of my friends have gotten sick from undercooked food served by this location. Upper management needs to address the numerous issues at this establishment.
In what world does it take over 40 minutes to prepare an order of twelve nuggets and one fry at 10:30 am? I can't believe it.
A friend of mine recently went to order food for me and a group of friends at this restaurant. Due to their anxiety, they chose to use the kiosk to avoid any potential issues. Unfortunately, after placing the order, they were met with loud complaints from several employees about the size of the order. When the food was finally ready, it was practically thrown at my friend, who was ignored when trying to apologize for any inconvenience and thank them for the service. This experience left my friend feeling upset, causing them to accidentally spill some of our food on the way to the car and nearly break down during the ride back. As someone with experience in the fast food industry, I was appalled by the poor service provided. The management of this location should be ashamed for allowing such behavior from their employees. No customer should be subjected to such treatment, regardless of any mental health issues they may have. I hope that the company takes appropriate action against those responsible instead of brushing off the incident, as I fear they may do based on the attitude displayed by their staff.
The restaurant is too small to handle mobile orders efficiently. Even when they fulfill an order, they should announce the customer's name. The new self-service system takes three times longer than using a traditional cash register. I waited 20 minutes for my order, which was incorrect. Finally, the large, white, blonde man in the back appeared exhausted. Overall, I would rate it 1 out of 5 stars.
The food is always fresh, and there is a short wait in the drive-thru, unlike other places.
