I try to stop by whenever I can, holding out hope for the sweet surprise of actually getting a banana shake, but my experience tells me there's only about a 10% chance of that happening. It's so disappointing. All I'm saying is, please stop advertising milkshakes if you can't deliver them. Hire staff who genuinely want to serve customers and are willing to clean and maintain the machine. If the machines are genuinely that unreliable, invest in functional ones or better maintenance. I'm sure Checkers tracks its sales—it seems like the shake numbers must be so low that they don't think it's worth turning the machine on or addressing the staff's failure to serve them. Again, I don't expect much from Checkers, but it's the only place I can find that uniquely delicious artificial banana shake. It’s a shame that I can never seem to get one.

The only... read more I’m usually on a tight budget, but I treat myself once a month, and this was my first time ever eating at a Checkers. Let me just say, it was amazing! The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars is that it was freezing and raining, and I had to walk up to the window because the drive-thru was really busy. Overall, the food was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back soon!
