I would give it a zero if I could. Everytime I go there, there is a long line at the drive-thru, so I park and go to the door to do a dine-in. No sign, location says it does dine-in and doors are locked. So I left and went to another fast food for lunch break. Open your doors and let ppl eat inside instead of in their vehicles and while driving. Everywhere else is doing dine-in. View all feedback.
They were fast and friendly.? also the food quality was good.
I've literally been waiting in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes and there were only four cars in front of me what is the problem here it always is like this. Same thing on my lunch break the other day I was almost late. People nice but who has time
Repeatedly Horrible. I have finally learned my lesson about this BK (Cox Creek Parkway, Florence, Alabama). On a regular basis, there is SOME reason they will/can not take an order. Two times they just simply would not acknowledge anyone was at the drive-through, another they claimed they were resetting some system and it would be 15 minutes until they could take anyone's order, yet the car in front ordered just fine, it is a never ending series of excuses. I have not had ANY problems at ANY of the other BKs in the area. This one is horrible. I gave this location a One Star only because a ZERO was not available.
We sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Our food was barely warm, on the verge of cold, and I had to ask for our drinks. Then after I left the window, I had to pull over and go inside because they had not given us straws for our drinks and they had not given me my receipt. When I asked for the receipt, the manager grabbed a PILE of receipts from the drive thru, started sorting through them on the counter in front of me and mumbled that they never give out receipts which is TOTALLY against company policy. I understand there is a staffing shortage. I own a restaurant myself with staffing issues, but we do keep up standards so our customers don 't feel like we just don 't care....which is how I felt at this Burger King.
Rarely if every gets an order right, 2 lanes but I have never seen both open and I've driven past it every day. Absolute chaos inside. Go anywhere else.
