I discovered a little slice of heaven! I even made a U-turn in my big rig just to get to this restaurant. I ordered catfish, shrimp, hush puppies, beef and vegetable stew, yeast rolls, black-eyed peas, fried liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, okra, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, collard greens, and vinegar cucumber salad. It’s quite a distance from my home in Nashville, but it definitely brought a s... View all feedback.
Great buffet! Salad bar was filled with excellent options. Hot bar was good but I would've loved a few more veggies for a lighter lunch. So glad to see the sugar free dessert.
This is such a wonderful place to take the family out to eat. Love the Christian music and family atmosphere. The staff is so friendly. They also offer discounts for first responders and senior citizens. There were also other discounts. The food iswonderful so go with an appetite. We enjoyed the buffet. As an infection control nurse I also noticed the regularly cleanedaround the bar and did routine checks on the bathrooms as well. A plus from me.
The buffet offers a wide selection, including catfish, shrimp, chicken, and nearly every country-style vegetable you can imagine. The salad bar is quite impressive as well, featuring a dedicated server who ensures it is stocked, clean, and looking great at all times. The dessert bar showcases classic Southern favorites like pecan pie, chocolate pie, banana pudding, and more. Don’t miss the homemade coconut cream pie—it’s truly delicious! I usually don't endorse buffets because they tend to be low quality, poorly maintained, and messy. Until now, I wouldn’t have thought any buffet outside of an upscale place on the Vegas Strip deserved a five-star rating (those typically range from $40 to $75). However, Berry's is a different story. The quality of food here is surprisingly good for this price range, especially the desserts. What really stood out to me was the level of care taken by the servers to keep everything stocked, clean, and appealing, which positively impacted my experience. The food is certainly good, but the overall cleanliness and presentation elevate it even further. Service in the dining area is top-notch as well—I was never without a full glass, and dishes were promptly cleared away, all delivered with genuine smiles. For these reasons, I’m giving it a five-star rating. I highly recommend a visit!
My family and I had a fantastic experience at Berry's! I really appreciate the theme and spiritual concept of the place. The atmosphere was great, the service was impeccable, and the highlight was definitely the incredible food!
