Arby's - Florence

After visiting the Arby’s on David H. McLeod Blvd in Florence, SC, I was initially inclined to give it a 1-star rating. However, my opinion changed when we received our order from the drive-thru window. Although we got our correct drinks and fries, everything else in the bag was wrong. Due to the restaurant being busy and the dining area closed, our only option was to go through the drive-thru line again. The employee at the drive-thru took responsibility for the mistake and asked us to move to the parking lot. Despite expecting a long wait, our correct order was brought to us within 5 minutes and was hot, indicating it was not hastily thrown together. The employee who rectified the error handled the situation with professionalism and offered us something else as a gesture of goodwill. This level of customer service truly set Arby’s apart from other fast food restaurants. Kudos to the employee and the management at this location for their exceptional service.

The food at this restaurant is always fresh and delicious, but they tend to close early. They shut down at 10 o'clock, but by 6 o'clock, they may already be out of certain items like tea and milkshake ingredients. It's frustrating!

After spending $25 for two people and having a disappointing meal, I was promised a free lunch on my next visit. I ordered beef sandwiches with cheddar sauce and au jus, paying an extra $3 for three extra sauces. However, when I received my food after a 10-minute wait, the extra sauces were missing from my bag. After calling the restaurant, they offered to give me a free cheddar sauce next time. While our dinner was ruined, I can still go back for the cheddar sauce. Overall, don't recommend returning to this establishment.

It was good eating was fresh and hot. with a smile could not beat that she will give an attempt will not be disappointed.

Was ok,except the rain,ordered 2 coupons of mozzarella sticks,and a crinkle fry, customer was good.food was good,they missed 1 marz sauce,but I'll live.lol
