The service is amazing, the food was all excellent. On top of that the experience of watching the evening lights change as the restaurant rotated was opportunity one does not often have. I would recommend having a nice long dinner, putting down the phone, and enjoying the view and your dining companions. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about 360 Grille:
We went for lunch Valentines Day. The view was worth the queeziness. The service was spectacular. BUT The food was a disappointment. My pork belly taco was hard and dry and my hubby’s very expensive burger was way overcooked. It actually felt sandy. I think they served us last nights left overs. View all feedback.
Many would simply accept the stunning views of this restaurant as sufficient to give this restaurant a decent review. Yes, the view is stunning, but more importantly, the food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. Having met the impressive director of food and beverage, Dean Donnell, during our stay, he made sure that our experience at the restaurant was outstanding. Our server, Belle was super responsive and friendly, and the new manager, Melissa was delightful. 5 stars all the way around!
The Delmonico steak was great as was the dessert. The staff was wonderful, making our anniversary dinner more special.
Absolutely amazing! This was the best meal I have ever had. I was introduced to so many new flavors. I ordered the Salmon with goat cheese grits and beets, while my husband had the Delmonico ribeye steak with mashed potatoes. Every dish was perfect, including the cauliflower appetizer. The ambience and view made us feel pampered. Our waitress Emily was fantastic and even gave us a dessert for our anniversary. The chefs and 360 Grille did an excellent job. We will definitely be coming back!

This is the best restaurant in the Shoals area. This time I had pork tacos and goat cheese grits. Wow! The view of the Tennessee River is amazing, but the food never disappoints. #360Grille
