We were traveling through and were excited to try a local coffee shop, but were very disappointed. The guy working was extremely rude!! He didn’t answer questions about the menu, got our drinks wrong , and didn’t even respond when my son thanked him. It doesn’t matter how good your coffee is, if the staff is not welcoming and kind!! Josh was a delight! The latte he prepared for me was just perfect. I was impressed as I watched him meticulously measure everything with precision. He is a fantastic conversationalist and very intelligent. I truly enjoyed the experience!

When I mentioned that I would like whipped cream added, he informed me it would cost an extra 60 cents. I had already paid with a credit card and had no cash on me. While I understood that he couldn’t process such a small charge on a card, when I asked him to simply add the whipped cream, he looked me straight in the eye and flatly refused. He was aware that I hadn’t brought cash, yet he wouldn’t make a small adjustment to my order. This indifferent attitude did nothing to foster customer satisfaction or goodwill. After spending $8 on a medium frappuccino and a small hot chocolate, I had to go back to my car to find a dollar bill and return to pay for the whipped cream. Overall, the experience felt unpleasant and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this coffee shop in the future. In response to the owner's reply to my review: If you had acknowledged the issue and apologized, admitting that your staff member didn't prepare my drink correctly and treated me rudely by charging me extra for something that should have been included, I might have considered coming back. Instead, neither the employee nor you took the opportunity to address the situation appropriately. There’s an important lesson here about treating customers fairly and building loyalty, rather than undermining it. I've seen many similar complaints about your establishment in other reviews. It may be time for you to take these concerns to heart.
