What T S A doesn't like about Casey's:
I ordered from work on the app 20 minutes in advance before for lunch i have a hour long lunch) and i get there and I’m waiting and the guy comes up and said they don’t have the thin crust like i’d ordered i say that’s fine but they serve about 5 pick ups before they say me tell me why it takes 40 minutes on top of the prior 20 minutes to prep because i had ordered in advance I have to go straight back to work having... It's the worst part to order a pizza that takes a long time to prepare because you don't have time to work because you're outside smoking how angry
There’s literally never anything in the warmers. Ever. They may put something out once a day, but that’s pretty much it. Plus, even on days there’s an issue like a boil order, they just shut down instead of running food though the oven that can. Poor management for sure.
I got a pizza from there recently and it was better than it has been in the past. So I can say it is better.

They never have anything ready and never respect the customers they always yell and scream at them and never do anything in time
