I ordered from work on the app 20 minutes in advance before for lunch i have a hour long lunch) and i get there and I’m waiting and the guy comes up and said th... read more I ordered from work on the app 20 minutes in advance before for lunch i have a hour long lunch) and i get there and I’m waiting and the guy comes up and said they don’t have the thin crust like i’d ordered i say that’s fine but they serve about 5 pick ups before they say me tell me why it takes 40 minutes on top of the prior 20 minutes to prep because i had ordered in advance I have to go straight back to work having no lunch i had paid for if I could i’d leave no stars but atleast i got my pizza for later

I was in Casey's all day delivering pizzas for-door Dash every time I was in there it was a 30 to 45 minute wait and the last time I went in I was talking to an... read more I was in Casey's all day delivering pizzas for-door Dash every time I was in there it was a 30 to 45 minute wait and the last time I went in I was talking to another doordasher and one of the guys that was making the pizzas lectured me about being respectful even though I was not saying anything to him I asked him if he had a problem and he started screaming at me as I told him I was leaving the store he said I don't care if you report me to the manager when it takes this long to make pizzas on the weekends when I'm on a time limit for doordash it downgrades my ratings I did report it to doordash as well as I'm going to report it to the manager Monday morning because I tried to call tonight and he was no longer at the store

I am a doordasher and when I went into the store I was lectured about how I should be more respectful to them even though it takes them 30 to 45 minutes to get... read more I am a doordasher and when I went into the store I was lectured about how I should be more respectful to them even though it takes them 30 to 45 minutes to get any pizza on a Saturday done it doesn't matter how swamp they are they should be getting the doordash pizzas out before everybody else's and I should not be forced to wait I'm on a limit through doordash for my pizzas I have reported Flora store to doordash they're investigating it and figuring out what to do this guy should be fired should have been fired a long time very rude and said you didn't care if I reported it to the manager I will be calling the manager Monday morning call them tonight he was no longer in the store but I will be reporting this Monday morning
