We had to ask someone else for ketchup, napkins, sa... read more Our meal was given at the drive-thru with no napkins by a staff member that practically threw the bag at us. We had to ask someone else for ketchup, napkins, salt, etc. The ham sandwich tasted off, so we went in for a replacement. The staff member inside was very friendly and replaced the sandwich for a burger.

Everything the stuff does is top-notch. When the corporate side changed un the meat on the burgers awhile ago, it lost a star or two for sure. the place and staff are the best if you are a fan of Hardee's.

However, the employees just stood there staring at me until I rattled the d... read more I arrived at 6:20, and the sign on the door indicated that the lobby opened at 5 AM. However, the employees just stood there staring at me until I rattled the door, after which they finally let us in. The staff seemed to have a poor attitude, completely ignoring us as we waited to place our order. Eventually, the manager had to step in and instruct them to take the front order.
