We have ordered food from this restaurant three times now, and each time has been absolutely amazing. However, we have to give it a low score because the delivery times have been extremely long. We had to wait over 2 hours for the first delivery, 2 hours and 40 minutes for the second, and nearly an hour for our collection order even after being told it was ready in 30 minutes. Despite the fact that this restaurant probably has one of the best tasting Chinese takeaways in the area, the long waiting times will likely prevent us from ordering again.
Excellent food ! First delivery takeaway and couldn’t fault it ! Loads of meat in the Special Fried Rice ! Salt and Pepper chips amazing ! Definitely order again ! Quick service too ! Best Chinese had in a long time
I am writing this review because of the interaction with the staff at 2 Dragons. This Chinese restaurant has been our go-to spot for a while now and the food used to be excellent. Unfortunately, during our last visit, two of the dishes were so bad that we couldn't even eat them and had to be discarded. When we brought this up to the staff at 2 Dragons, their response was that they would notify their meat supplier. From a customer service standpoint, this is not satisfactory.
I have been waiting over 2 hours for my food and they weren't interested when I phone them
