Went in a few times lately, the food has always been very good, the are always happy to help. Today I was served by a male who seemed relatively new but was absolutely fantastic. I'm sorry I didn't note his name. View all feedback.
What MargaretMFB doesn't like about Morrisons Cafe:
We used to visit this cafe occasionally, food was good and it was very clean. That is no longer the case. My husband’s roast dinner had spent a considerable amount of time in the warmer, the carrots looked as if they had been cooked some days previously. My food was awful too, I left most of it. Not visiting again. View all feedback.
Very happy with my visit. I was immediately greeted by the caffe manager. I used the order at table option that was quick and easy to do. the whole staff that consisted of my table looked happy and smiling. I was very happy to provide good covid19 still at location and location, including distributed tables and screens between them meant that I felt the whole visit safe. I ordered a cheeseburger with chips and the app even allowed me to add speck. the girl who brought it our sophie, was helpful and chatting. claire and jane, who were also present on the essay, were also very pleasant. I regularly visit with the caffe to make college courses and every week is a positive experience. I couldn't give a 5-star rating every week, but this visit I felt it was absolutely necessary. thanks for the remarkable experience.
We thought we would try morrisons breakfast for a change as we hadn 't had one of theirs for many years. We ordered 1 hot chocolate 1 coffee 1 large breakfast 1 small breakfast... Right so.... We made our way to the drinks machines to get our hot drinks.. 1 machine broke. So queued at the other.. Hot chocolate came out as just hot milk. Asked cafe assistant she just simply replied oh it never work .. Great start... Lights not on in cafe quite dark as it was gloomy outside.. No heating on either so quite cold... Breakfast were shocking 'large ' was the size of a small.. And the small.. Well I 've had more stuck between my teeth.. Many items were cold.. Bacon looked boiled as it certainly hadn 't seen a grill... I wouldn 't advise anyone to go there for breakfast.. Plus it 's not the cheapest around either... AVOID!

I am disappointed to see the decline of this once charming cafe. Yesterday, I ordered a burger and chips and I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the chips. They have switched from the delicious chips they used to serve to small, overcooked ones. Additionally, they no longer provide individual sugar sachets, opting instead to leave sugar cubes on a shared plate (which I find unhygienic). I am unsure if this is a new company policy or a decision made by the local branch management. Despite my disappointment, I will continue to visit the establishment for shopping purposes; however, I will not be dining at the cafe again.
After dropping off my kids at school and coming off a night shift, I decided to grab breakfast before heading to bed. I chose Morrisons Cafe in Connah's Quay, which is conveniently located near my home. Upon arriving at the cafe and placing my order, I encountered some communication difficulties with the staff. Despite this, I eagerly awaited my breakfast of brown bread, beans, poached eggs, and coffee. However, when my food arrived, I was disappointed by the portion size and quality. The poached eggs were small and overcooked, the beans only covered a quarter of a slice of toast, and the toast itself was burnt. Overall, I left the cafe feeling unsatisfied and hungry, regretting my choice to dine there.
