Donut Theatre - Flintshire

The service was incredible, the staff was top-notch, the pancakes were delicious, and the donuts were the best I've had since my days in Blackpool! This restaurant is a must-try, you will not be let down.

The pancakes are delicious every time we have them, the girls working at the kiosk are always helpful, and there is a wide variety of options to choose from.

I recently tried the best hot donuts I've ever had at this restaurant. The lady working there was extremely kind and informative. I even went back to tell her how much I enjoyed the donuts once we finished them. The seating area was very clean and there were no dirty tables.

Seen her yelling at her own staff, but have now seen her screeching at Cineworld staff and threatening to sit on the floor until they give her free stuff. Disgusting.

Me and my wife and children stopped off at the donut theatre for a hot chocolate and we were very shocked to see 3 members of staff behind the very small van and only one had a mask on and none had gloves on. Serving and kind of food/drinks gloves should be worn with all this going on. Any way we ordered two hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows and a staff member used her bare hands to get the marshmallows out this is very unhygienic especially the way things are at the moment
