Beachcomber Inn - Flintshire
Beachcomber Inn
Description
The Beachcomber pub presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some guests rave about its inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and entertainment options for children, others recount unfortunate encounters marked by poor service and impolite management. Despite enjoying reasonable drink prices and outdoor seating, several patrons express frustration over feeling overlooked or disrespected, particularly in regards to age-related treatment. The establishment shows potential, especially for families, with engaging activities and a local charm, but noticeable inconsistencies in service could deter some guests from returning. Overall, the Beachcomber seems poised for success, yet still grapples with significant service challenges.

Spent a few hours here on a Saturday afternoon/evening. Proper pub Excellent seating outside, which is ideal when the sun is shining Reasonably priced drinks Good atmosphere
Went there on Tuesday 22/6/21 after booking a table for 2. when we got there we were shown to the table which looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. We were left sitting for ages before anyone took an order for drinks. had to go and find menus and sat being ignored by the staff even though they had seen us trying to attract their attention. Tried ordering another drink but got fed up after more than a 45 minute wait, we just left. will NEVER go back. only gave it one star because i can't do less.
Booked a table for 5pm, arrived on time and completely ignored for 20 minutes whilst everyone around us got seated and ordered straight away? Very annoying so we left
Fantastic for all the family wish we could have stayed longer. The food was delicious everywhere was spotless and the staff all went that extra mile.... Price per person: £90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
