Danny's Kitchen - Flint
Danny's Kitchen
Description
Danny's Kitchen in Flintshire has gained a reputation for its generous portions and hit-or-miss service. While many patrons praise the famous salt and pepper chips and flavorful dishes like chicken curry, others express frustration over extended wait times and mishaps with orders, particularly concerning vegetarian options. Complaints include receiving meat in what were supposed to be vegetarian spring rolls, leading to discontent among plant-based diners. Although praised for its consistency and quality, potential visitors are advised to be cautious and consider their dietary preferences before indulging. Overall, Danny's Kitchen remains a popular, yet polarizing, local choice.

Bold statement but a hill I will die on best salt and pepper chips in the whole of Flintshire. They’re famous in Flint and you truly haven’t lived until you’ve tried them. Gets rather busy so worth ringing ahead to place your order. Cash only and no delivery service. Chicken curry is fabulous. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Salt and Pepper Chicken, Spicy Chips, Chips
Served by lovely staff, however I thinking waiting 30 minutes for two bags of chips, one sausage and carton of curry/peas is unreasonable- will not go there again
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE VEGETERIAN! Ordered vegetable spring rolls and got given what appeared to be chicken ones. Had already eaten 2 of them thinking they tasted a bit funny but put it down to them being slightly on the paler side/undercooked. I then decided to pull one apart to find they contained meat. Not a happy veggie of course when on trip advisor they are considered as vegetarian friendly . Will not be ordering from here ever again. Vegetarian options: You might order veggie options but don 't expect to receive them Meal type: Dinner
