This was my first time in Taboon, but it will certainly not be my last! Every bite was freshly aromatic and delicious! We had fresh juice that was incredible. We were there for lunch and had appetizers ( chicken sour and spinach cake) and fatoosh salad. Our service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I can't wait to try more dinner in Taboon! View all feedback.

I am Lebanese so obviously love this food! Haven’t eaten here since they moved locations. I have to say, I was a littler disappointed. The kibbeh was not cooked in the center and looked very poorly made. Both sandwiches were good, though. All was cold though. Hoping it is better next time!! View all feedback.
It was our first time having a meal there and I was looking forward to it because I'm of middle Eastern descent. He ordered the gallaba and I had the chicken and hummus. His was good, mine was salty and tough. But my main concern was the service. We got there a little after 6:00, the order was taken no problem, food came no problem, halfway through the waitress brought our bill, then she brought boxes and then started clearing the table. Quite obvious either it was time to close or she needed to leave. That's a real good way to not get a tip. And or not come back. Was not impressed with the food or the staff. : . Flint
Not sure what changes have been made but I was disappointed today with the quality of the food I received. Normally everything is excellent. Zero issues prior to today. Pictured is the chicken saute' I ordered. Sadly it does not even look appetizing. There is 1 piece of chicken missing, that I tasted. It was awful. I was over charged for my takeout order and didn't recieve what I asked for also.
Terrible Service... I sat here for 15 minutes and didn't even get water... And it was dead. more people in the back than up front. You can tell Badawest and Kabob City went out of business... We decided to get grape leave to go... THE WORST grave leaves ever. they were burnt and caramelized. Tata would slap this cook. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Go to the Grand Blanc location; hopefully, it hasn't changed like this place.
My brother and I used to visit the Tabun location in Hartland regularly before it closed, so we were thrilled to find another place with such fantastic food—and it did not disappoint! The dishes were incredibly delicious, and we received generous portions for a very reasonable price. Our server was outstanding as well! She checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything, and when we had leftovers, she provided everything we needed to pack them up, including small containers for the garlic sauce and hummus, and a separate bag for the bread—all without us even having to ask. She also offered me a cup for my water refill with lemon. It's rare to find a place that goes the extra mile, especially with staff shortages, which made our dining experience particularly enjoyable. We will definitely return when we're in the area. I don't often write reviews, but this experience exceeded our expectations, so I wanted to take the time to share my appreciation. Thank you!
The Middle Eastern food here is absolutely delicious! The staff is both friendly and professional. However, it's unfortunate that they no longer have their alcohol license.
