Description

Ruggeros has long been a beloved dining destination, but recent visits reveal a mix of experiences. While many patrons praise the food quality, particularly the delicious calzones and pasta primavera, service inconsistencies have emerged. Some diners reported long wait times and inattentive staff, leading to frustration. Despite these hiccups, occasions like funeral dinners and family events still received high marks for food and overall enjoyment. Gift card usage raised concerns over surcharges, causing dissatisfaction among some guests. However, the restaurant's accommodating nature and ability to host memorable events continues to attract loyal customers eager for a delightful dining experience.

Went here to pick up a door dash order and there was a huge line, the door dash drivers ahead of me were told that none of the door dash orders had been put in and the wait time was a minimum of 40 minutes. The person at the counter was overwhelmed and was still not even putting in the door dash orders until the driver showed up to get them. She tried to get help from other employees and they had no clue what to do. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food: Probably the best Chicken Parma I’ve ever had. The salad is just lettuce. For an 18 dollar dinner there should be some mozzarella on it. Atmosphere: Place could use a facelift! Service:Waitress was attentive and very pleasant! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Deluxe Lasagna

The worst experience ever. They had no staff on on Sunday. Waited for a hour and half and food wasn't we ordered so never even ate. The soup and bread was terrible hard as a rock. Terrible.
