Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I have to say that my first experience here was one that lets me go back with every chance. We had a great meal that took us forever to find out what we wanted due to the incredible menu. The food was good from this world, the desert flipped enormously and so delicious! The drinks were poured with perfect accuracy!! Probably the best long iced tea I ever had!! The best server we have for years. Thank you. Yuki for a great first experience!!!

Always delicious. Wonderful food. My only comments are that I'm pretty sure someone with a beard over a certain length should have a beard net on, and there was someone with a long beard in the kitchen on the line Prep that needed one. The table was also sticky. Could use a good cleaning. Outside, great atmosphere, wonderful service and delicious.

Was an impromptu stop for lunch about 2 on a Friday. No wait. The hostess was accommodating with our mobility issues and even quickly got us other seating when the table didn't work for our family. Our server, Amy, was professional and friendly. Answering questions that gave us confidence in the restaurants care for our food allergies. Her speed on getting our requests was very quick. Soda refills deserts and fry refills, even with her being very busy running back and forth with her other tables, showed remarkable attention. This allowed our family to talk and have fun, not worry where our server was to get us more beverages. The food was wonderful and delicious. The new items were yummy. The classics were flavorful and special requests handled with care A fantastic time on our trip.

Every year I go to Red Robin for a birthday burger, and always come home satisfied. The onion ring tower was so delicious, I didn't get a chance to take a picture until they were gone! They were wonderfully seasoned and crispy, with a nice warm onion inside. I had the Royal Red Robin burger, with their Impossible patty substitute. The egg was juicy and flavorful, bacon crispy, and the burger was just.. full of flavor. I had the Spiked Freckled lemonade which is always good! It seemed a little less flavorful than usual, but still good. Our waitress was outgoing and friendly. Water wasn't brought much, unfortunately, and the bottomless sides weren't offered to us at any time, until we were about to leave and was offered one to go. Other than those things, I'll be a return customer.

Disappointed. We put in an order for pickup at 7pm. We arrived 10 minutes early, notified them and waited in the seating area. We recieved our food at 7:10 , and it was missing the milkshake. We were told we had to wait for the bar not to busy before we could have the milkshake. I stood there several minutes waiting for the shake while our food got cold. We got home with my food only to realize that the fries had no seasoning on them whatsoever and 2 of 4 chicken tenders had some weird congealed clear substance on them. I won't be ordering from here ever again. It was my first and last experience here.
