Red Lobster - Flint

Stopped in on way home from surgery waitress was horrible only 2 tables took her over 30 minutes to get us drinks food was over a hour and was brought out by other waitresses cause ours disappeared the food was absolutely the worst we have ever had overcooked will never be back

My husband's birthday was 8-3-24 which was a Saturday my daughter ordered the lobster Mac and it was cold they then microwaved it and brought it right back to her. I ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo and explained it was extremely salty and you know what the solution was that was offered; it was to to go cup of Alfredo sauce which was salty as well., that's not all my husband ordered the duo lobster tail meal which was also salty and over cooked. The manager only gave me a ten dollar discount which my bill was a 100 dollars plus. He experienced a horrible birthday dinner which wasn't cheap. The manager definitely handled this issue very poorly and I can now understand why the location on Pierson rd.in flint michigan was so empty that night. We were all very dissatisfied.

Saturday dinner at red lobster flint Michigan waiter was outstanding (Robert) but the food was Horrible appetizer stuff mushrooms was salty and crab pasta not tasty, manager came gave her my complaint she was so upset, that I wasn’t pleased with the food I wi never come again with

Went to Red Lobster tonight for dinner and we had the best waitress Taleshia. The food was so fresh and amazing. We had great service and and great food as always.

Booths were a little uncomfortable but other than that an amazing dinner!!
