I tried out this restaurant for the 1st time because I heard their steak and cheese sandwich was delicious and it was very delicious ???? I got their hot sauce which is red peppers and relish and yes it?s super spicy ???? add just a little until it?s okay for your taste buds. I would?ve gave 5 stars but I had to wait over 20 minutes in line, their meats are cut on a meat slicer for each sandwich for in store customer... View all feedback.
What Fred doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
On 11/17/2023 I went into the Jersey Mike's on Miller Rd and I ordered a regular sub and I had a buy one regular sub get one free, I asked that they be cut in half and rapped separately, I received my order and headed to work on my lunch break I find that my order was only one 16 sub cut into four parts when it should have been two 16's cut in half I will never spend my money with Jersey Mike's again. 1st time there it was really good got my food fast and if you can come up with a bogo coupon it's real nice but if not a little expensive for a sub

I absolutely love the food! However, during my last three visits to the Miller Rd location, my orders have been incorrect. Today, after receiving the third wrong order, I decided to call for the first time to address the issue. Unfortunately, it didn't help at all; the staff transferred my call three times, and each person claimed they weren't responsible for my order. It's been incredibly frustrating!
