Tucked into a lively block, this intimate bar wins praise for friendly, skilled bartenders, great, affordable drinks and a warm local crowd. Regular karaoke nights bring energy, a dance floor and packed seating, but inconsistent DJs, loud sound levels and long waits on busy nights dampen the experience. Better staffing (a barback) and sound control would elevate service, yet welcoming service, fun atmosphere and strong drink value keep it a worthwhile stop for visitors and karaoke lovers alike.

The drinks are great and the bartender is amazing, but the DJ on Karaoke Friday night is terrible. He was drunk and then he and his friends always sing and the people wait 3 hours to sing in a bar with less than 30 guests and not even half the song. Very rude and unprofessional. Get a better karaoke DJ and my friends and I will come back and fill the half bar and give 5 stars!
Big prizes bartender is amazing and probably underpaid DJ SUCKKKKKKKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSI think he thinks the place is his personal venue cannot control the mixer, some of the songs play too loud for such a small bar that the place is empty, they need a better DJ and a bar back to help the bartender.
Okay. I get that a large amount can be difficult to manage, but if the owner behind the bar is throwing away lime instead of making drinks or cashing customers, or tells a paying customer that they need to wait for an extremely busy waiter or bartender, that is not helping and your simply in the way. The music was too loud, and I'm sorry, but karaoke is not what an after party crowd wants to hear. And they had a lot of announcement that this happened. Only badly planned on the bar. Missed on a $10k night.
The DJ was very disrespectful and rude and drunk
Excellent prices and incredibly friendly bartenders! The location is fantastic, with a 24-hour restaurant right across the street. There's a dance floor and ample seating. They host karaoke on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with an amazing DJ! It's definitely worth a visit for great shots and a welcoming crowd!
