Clean….friendly staff….hot and fresh lunch! Well priced….what more can you ask for. Seems like a fairly good menu but I didn’t look very far after I found a homemade soup sandwich View all feedback.
What J J doesn't like about Mugsy's Deli (2005):
We went for lunch at 1:00, and by 2:00 had still not received our food (we only ordered the sandwich which was on special). The harried waitress apologized explaining how under-staffed they were and that our food would be another 15 to 20 minutes. We decided enough was enough and left to find some food in another restaurant. Too bad they did not have more staff, the place looked pretty nice. View all feedback.
Always try to stop here for lunch when we are in town. Good food, and cheerful service. Located right on Main Street. The patio is nice in the summer
Whenever I go to Flin Flon, the first thing I do is come to eat here at Mugsy’s. The staff are so friendly I feel like I’m stopping in to my aunt’s place for a great home made lunch. I’m a huge fan of the soups and sandwiches also the salads and stuffed potatoes. I wish I had more words to say how great this place is. All I can say is that no matter what I have going on in Flin Flon, my first stop is lunch at Mugsy’s!
This little restaurant on Main Street serves up delicious homemade soup, sandwiches and other delectable delights. Love the homey atmosphere.
Rustic, tavern looking place in the middle of the town, that was the atmosphere in this place. The variety of sandwiches was fine and the soup was delicious. The cost was very affordable, even for reduced budget diners that I am. I will come back to try a few more options.
We travel to Northern Manitoba every fall and lunch at Mugsy 's is always on our agenda. So this year we made our usual stop. I had a blt and soup my wife had a reuben. My blt was pretty light on b which was the thin pre-cooked microwaved product and it was heavy on t . My wife 's reuben was okay, with not much sauerkraut and it was cold when it arrived. On the upside the cream of turkey soup was terrific. We 'll drop in again next year hopefully this visit 's experience was just a one-off and we can go back to rating Mugsy 's above average .
